Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required Prior office assistant experience preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the HR department including providing front desk coverage when needed Complete the efficient filing of personnel, medical/benefits, training and termination files Maintain new hire paperwork packets, goody bags, and Indeed reviews Produce accurate and timely routine and ad hoc reports as needed Complete employment verification's upon request Order office supplies
Working Conditions Hours of work Full time Day shift, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm Overtime expectations Overtime is not required.
Work environment Sedentary, office setting.
Travel requirements Minimal, if at all.
On-call responsibilities Not required for this position.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
